Clean and tidy. Night time staff not so sure of what they needed to do. For example, I paid for parking but they didn’t give us a ticket to display in the car which could have resulted in a fine for us. It was only after we asked that a ticket was produced.

Don Valley Hotel
Our room was very clean (bathroom appeared to be newly remodeled) and the staff were courteous and helpful. Bus stop to city center was steps from the front of the hotel and it was an easy 15-minute walk to Utilita Arena.

Sandman Signature Sheffield Quays Hotel
Staff very friendly and helpful. Had good breakfast selection but not the highest quality of cooking. Themeat was a little bland flavoured. Great location for city centre . Would stay again.

Overall our stay was good, the room was clean and well-appointed. However as a wheelxhair user the disabled car park needs resurfacing (it was quiet uneven to transfer in and out of the car).
