「We booked two family rooms ( for 6 peoples) and called in advance to inform that we need to stay on the same floor. Staff said they have a remark, but they didn’t arranged and not available. Rooms are good.But only the sofa double bed very uncomfortable. We enjoyed the slider in the swimming pool. But the hot top water are very dirty and you can smell the water was too irritating. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine can make a great pancake by yourself. We enjoy the stay. 」

「The hotel and staff were wonderful. But I loved the location. A few steeps from the working water front of Yarmouth. I enjoyed walking and found a seafood restaurant right on the docks. I watched the CAT ferry arrive and was able to take some great photos of it turning around. Highly Recomend」

「I had a disappointing experience with the airport shuttle service. Unlike other shuttles that drop passengers directly at the arrivals terminal, this shuttle dropped us off quite far away. It was very inconvenient, especially with luggage. I hope they can improve this and start dropping passengers at the arrivals entrance like everyone else."」

「Our room was spacious and very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the complimentary hot breakfast and the free parking. Unfortunately, the air conditioner leaked water, so we couldn't use it (fortunately the weather wasn't too hot). The biggest disappointment was the shower—the water pressure was extremely weak, making it difficult to rinse off. Overall, there were some nice amenities, but a few maintenance issues kept the stay from being better.」
