A few of the staff members are great, namely the two young men. The women that work here have no business being in customer service of any kind. Getting a towel is harder than the advanced calculus. Its a great location, and the rooms are spacious and would be perfect, but they're filthy. The bed has bugs that have been biting me despite me washing the sheets myself. They need a DEEP CLEAN up in this mug

Friendly Staff. Subpar Room.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful! The room was much less impressive in person than the photos on the website. Fixtures were dangling from the well, the microwave did not work, there were stains all over the carpet/walls, and there was no desk for me to eat/work on like shown in the pictures. It smelled like smoke and my key took 5+ tries for it to work every time I entered my room.

You get about what you'd expect for the price. We were missing a shower curtain and towels when we arrived but they brought everything to us in minutes after we let them know. Relatively clean. The smell was musty, cigarettes, and pot.

The guy in the front was very nice and friendly. The hotel wasn’t so great. I had hair on my sink toilet and shower. Bottom of the toilet was very nasty. The floor in the bathroom is coming up. The place had a funny smell. The couch was very nasty. The microwave was nasty as well. If I didn’t have to go to a concert I would’ve requested for my money back..

Checking in to a awesome clean roo.

The afternoon i checked in i was a lil early. The staff told me the room i booked was being cleaned and that whe. Done i could check in. I was soo grateful as i had been on a train and a uber while carrying 2 full bags. Room was awesome and super clean

Never Again

We as a family did not enjoy this hotel. I guess i was expecting a bit more from an Extended Stay. We had a room that slept 6, stove had rust spots on top, the fridge was old and dirty. They did not offer breakfast, not even coffee! The room smelled of old smoke and the windows were so dirty you couldnt see the outside. No exaggeration. The only 1 positive was the bed. It was comfortable. The floor was so dirty we had to wear our socks and then threw them away they were so black. We were contemplating going to another hotel but couldnt find a room available in the area. I felt bad for the housekeeping lady who had to check check us and 2 other ppl in since they close the check in area after a certain time and housekeeping has to check you in. It was just not a good experience at all for us.

Pretty disappointed with this hotel. Pictures online are obviously not this property and do not even resemble the layout. No one at the front desk to check you in after 11pm and they don’t return until 10am the following day. Key did not work to let me back into building in the middle of the night and no one was there. Luckily my girlfriend was with me or I don’t know what I would’ve done. No amenities whatsoever. Asked for an extra towel and was told I had to pay, even just exchange for clean ones. Lady working there was extremely rude and told us our dog couldn’t be in the lobby even just to walk through. Mind you, this is a pet friendly hotel. Horrid smell of weed and urine in common areas. I work in the hotel industry and this is almost as bad as I’ve ever seen…which says a lot. Look elsewhere. Not worth it for the money. We almost left at 9pm to drive 4 hours home just because of the nasty accommodations. Really pathetic that they continue to put their guests through these conditions. Do better, it honestly wouldn’t take that much effort. This property is clearly apathetic to improvement. Next time I’ll pay more money to stay elsewhere.

Overall nice enough, just didn’t realize some of the differences from a standard hotel room. Such as no travel sizes of shampoo and conditioner and no ice bucket.

The property is infested with roaches and service is virtually nonexistent. Even beyond the roach infestation there were used artificial eye lashes on the floor of my SECOND room at this property. Sandy Springs is beautiful but never again will I book an Extended Stay based on my experience
