The property was a decent value and convenient to Truist Park. It looked remodeled and updated. For an overnight stay, it fit the bill. We didn't swim, but the pool looked very nice.
As for things we didn't like, there were several things. An exterior door was propped open with a rock, which would allow anyone to come in. We were on the second floor, and the hallways either smelled like marijuana, cigarettes, or combination of both on a non-smoking floor. The room had little to no hot water. I showered Friday night, and shortly after turning the shower on, a bug came out of the spigot. My water was either ice cold or not even room temperature. My wife showered the next morning, and the water never got hot. As she said, it was a roller coaster from from either warm to ice cold. When we got back from the game, there was some party going on in conference room near the lobby. While we didn't hear it from our room, it was quite loud in the lobby. There was only 1 spare roll of toilet paper and with an almost empty roll on the holder. We had 2 bath towels for a party of 3. The TV remote looked like it was chewed by a dog. One towel and one pillowcase were dirty and looked like they had dried blood smeared on them. The bottom of the bathroom door was falling apart.
All in all, it was acceptable for our trip. Nothing to write home about, but I wouldn't stay here again.
