"We are very happy about our stay: the house is in a calm area but not too far from the main road ; Suresh has been a great host and very helpful to plan the rest of our trip. We asked for a typical local breakfast, which was very good and we enjoyed Suresh's explanations on the different dishes. Definitely recommended!"

"No toiletries, didn’t feel safe, it’s in a corner of the town that is hidden and hard to find. It was sketchy. There’s a net on the roof of the bathroom so anyone can come see inside from above; no privacy. People can see inside through the curtains. The staff were nice. "We spent almost three hours looking for our accomodation. None of the locals knew where it was and despite being informed over email that 'my unit would be guaranteed with law arrivals' it was not. "This is an excellent hotel when in transit or having early flight out of Colombo. We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay. The next morning we were transported very promptly back to the airport for a small fee. Both the room and transport car were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend vila diva transit hotel for quality, service, location and friendliness"
