Carmel corn found in pull out sofa. No hand soap in room. App with virtual room key didn’t work. Pool area was not like pictures(wall partition with construction on the other side), and frequently out of towels. Teenage boy's in pool and hot tub in their underwear, not bathing suits. I had booked two separate rooms for two adjacent nights due to last minute arrangements. The front desk staff was very courteous, and helped arranged for our room to stay the same for the 2nd night with only a small charge for the room type.
