I LOVED IT! They gave me slippers and nice bathroom liquids in travel size bottles. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I’d just say that the walls are thin and you can hear people outside at various times of the night.

Property was right next to the stadium and was in walking distance of all the hot tourist spots. In addition, the property managements would be extremely responsive with quick messages with any questions we had. I absolutely loved my stay it was stress free, clean and truly enjoyable. Would recommend staying here and using the transport services the property recommended.

Experiência excelente! A acomodação é muito bem localizada, é possível visitar todas as atrações de Atenas a pé, o que facilita demais. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi muito fácil e rápida (uma das melhores que já vi!). Sempre muito atencioso e prestativo. Recomendo essa hospedagem para todos! Excelente de verdade!

Alex was brilliantly accommodating, quick to respond and the whole process of check in was great, even helping with a transfer. The location was superb, 30 seconds to the Panathenaic Stadium, 15 mins to Syntagma Square. Pangrati itself if great, some brilliant restaurants and bars that are better than some available in the city centre. We did have a few issues unfortunately which have affected how we have rated the property. The lock was a little difficult to use, I managed to fix it so it now works better than when we arrived. There was faeces on the toilet seat when we arrived and the previous occupants toiletries in the shower, however the rest of the apartment was in a better state. The cooker was sounding an alarm for the first two days every few hours but I contacted Alex who informed me if I pulled out the fridge and unplugged the cooker it would solve the issue which it obviously did. Again, fantastic communication from Alex and very timely responses but an inconvenience nonetheless. The Patio is outside the front door next to a public staircase so is not private, not really very comfortable. A good location and overall set up, just a little tired and probably needs a bit more of a rigorous clean in between guests.

Cons: I killed a cockroach within the first ten minutes of arriving. I wish the towels didn’t smell musty and that the faucet in the bathroom wasn’t so wobbly. Pros: Great communication between property manager. The airport transportation late into the night was a nice service (€60) and the coordination for that was easy. The apartment is located near the acropolis and transportation.

The good - the location was great. The apartment had a mini fridge, a cooktop, a dish sink, microwave, and washer. The TV and Netflix was easy to use. The bad - the power went out. Due to cell phone network and low battery life, contacting the property manager was difficult. Once I was able to make contact, I was irritated that he would not just send someone to fix it. I was instead sent images of things to try to flip myself. One I am not an electrician. Two, I explained my cell phone problem multiple times and yet he still would message instructions of things for me to try. Finally someone was sent and I was able to return and gave power. But then all the bugs came out! Roaches and ants found there way into the food bc the fridge had no power. I would not recommend nor stay here again.

Beautiful and quiet little studio next to the Panathenaic Stadium (venue for the first modern Olympics) in the centre of Athens. Wonderful! Minor detail, shower floor is slippery, use an anti slippery mat.

Great location, a bit outside of the central hub but nice pathways that take you to Plaka and the heart of Athens. The staff were extremely fast to respond to messages and check-in/out was extremely simple. Overall a great booking!

Lovely property. Very well cared for and so clean and comfortable! The location is convenient, just a short walk to the Panathenaic Stadium and an easy walk to the Acropolis. The management is very attentive and any issues (likely to be minor) are addressed and actioned speedily and satisfactorily. A welcome package, upon arrival, includes a “welcome home” message which sets the tone for your stay. It did, indeed, feel like a home away from home. It is excellent value for the money. I will be back! Thank you!
