「We arrived at about 11:30 pm and had to wake up the owner/manager who drove over to let us in 5-10 minutes later. There was no one around the neighborhood but it was a little unnerving so late at night. We did not have a chance then or in the am to see how close any restaurants were to the hotel. 「This place was advertised as luxurious and convenient and we were thoroughly disappointed. Starting with the logistics of getting a car parked on the very crowded streets and wheeling the luggage for 5 blocks to the place, the tediousness of getting to the centre and the difficulty of loading back luggage with no loading zone in front of the place. Once at the building were told the the room was not ready (after 3 pm ) and asked to come back. When back the room was not ready again. Our last day...

「Manager of the apartments very friendly, helpful, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Communication was excellent. The room was very clean and cleaned every day with fresh linens. Very close to public transportation, grocery stores and bakeries. Grafetti was an eye sore, however everyone in the neighborhood seemed nice and we felt safe walking around. Building itself was very secure and the balcony was nice to be able to sit outside at night. Would highly recommend...
