Cute apartment

The good: The property is good overall if you're looking for a place with home like amenities. The inside is clean and looks new like an Ikea showroom. The coffee shop downstairs is grood for breakfast. Communication was good with the host. Theres a supermarket and places to eat within walking distance- Pita King was good and open late. Overall good value for the price. The not so good: walls are a bit thin and one night i could totally hear conversations from the other unit/outside. You have to go up two narrow flights of stair to get to the unit. The hallways do not have lights that turn on automatically and the elevator is small and can only hold 1 or 2 people at a time.

The communication was easy to follow and proactive but right on time. Directions were clear. The area was very safe. The recommendations were spot on. The apartment was very clean and nice. Love the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

The location was excellent and convenient, and the apartment was modern and very comfortable. It was a little loud from the road intersection below, and the balcony was dirty and had bird waste on it, so we unfortunately did not spend much time outside. But we had a very nice stay and appreciate Chris’ support. Thank you!

The apartment where we stayed had lots of space and clean. The beds weee comfortable. Even though it was located on a busy street, the noise wasn’t a factor for sleep. I’m used to having easier access for services as there were a few things that we needed. However, we had communication at our disposal which I used. I would recommend that the apartment be checked before guests come to make sure all supplies needed are easily accessible like extra garbage bags. Overall, I would highly recommend this residency for your stay.

Nice cosy apartment

The hotel unit is very clean and equip with full kitchen facilities and very new. My friends love this place as it was very spacious with comfortable beds and 15mins drive to the city area. Would have rated 5 star if the lift was working well on the day of check out. We have to carry down the luggage's of 20 kilos down the narrow staircase of 4-storey, luckily we managed to reach the airport on time. Parking was a bit of a problem as we have to drive at dark narrow alley for more than 30 mins to look for parking at night. However, Maria has been very helpful and reply was quick. She communicated well so the check in was hassle free.

We had a lovely stay on the top floor of the apartment building. It's modern and roomy. Spectacular rooftop deck. It could use a parasol and some plants. 😉 Wide variety of appliances available. Communication with the staff was terrific, they were really friendly. Same as the taxi driver which picked us up from the airport. The neighbourhood isn't ideal. Everything a tourist would like to see, or nice restaurants, are 30m walking away. There are busses, but getting a public transport ticket is only possible at a metro station. Only side note I could make is that the surroundings of the bed could use better cleaning. Was dusty and found hair.

Nice place close to Acropolis

Apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed. Maria was quick to respond when I had a question or concern. The apartment is a 3 min walk from the bus stop. The metro station (evangelismos) is 15-20 mins away by bus. The only issue I had was finding the address when I first arrived. Just remember it's across the street from the flower shop (the owner pointed out the building) and right next to a Bridgestone Tire Shop. Thank you Maria! I would give you a 5-star rating!
