"Very clean rooms. Breakfast was good and staff replenished it quickly. Beds were comfortable but squeaky. Staff very accommodating. Disappointed the pool was locked but wasn’t sure of their season. Only real negative was that there was no ramp or elevator to bring up Luggage to the second floor, however the front desk did offer to bring them up so there’s that. Well run operation !"

"Breakfast was good. Staff kept things filled. Never ran out of anything. Front desk was very good, helpful, friendly, polite. Room was comfortable. The only downfall was they don't give you enough towels or enough. Shampoos/ toiletries had to ask for a few extras. Also, the bathroom counter area is very small, water, shower pressure ok, water temperature were excellent. "

"Hot water was hit or miss . Was told boiler was down once I arrived. Didn’t ask for a security deposit to offset the issue with the hot water. Not sure who came up with that idea but only reason we stayed because it was prepaid with no warning of, Sorry for the inconvenience , we are having an issue with our boiler we will offer you the ability of a refund if you like. "

"Room was nice. Pool was so so. It was a bit dirty and cloudy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and filling. "

"I was very disappointed with this hotel. My room had cobwebs in the corner and dust on the furniture. It appeared to not have been booked in a while. I reserved the room for three days but soon as I walked in I knew I wouldn’t be staying. I tried to cancel but the front desk said it was too late so I just took my loss and checked in another hotel. The following morning I went back to Red Roof to check out and they gave a printout which stated I was only charged for the one night. But when I returned home a few days later I saw that I was charged for all three nights! 😡 I called the front desk and they told me they can’t refund because I booked with a third party which I did but I didn’t pay and wasn’t charged until I actually checked in the hotel. The lady at the front desk was condescending and didn’t care about my complaints or care to issue a full or partial refund. I advise to avoid this hotel at all costs. I see why the price is so low. You pay for what you get!!! I thought I would be saving a few dollars and ended up paying for 3 nights at a hotel I didn’t use. Lesson learned. "

"Dated, in need of a refresh. Grimy corners in rooms, etc. Sink slow to drain. Shower lever wouldn't go full to get full pressure. Coffee maker didn't work. Person at desk was on the phone the whole time during check-in. Liked that we could park right in front of the room, decent area for the dog. Breakfast normal hotel fare, not bad. Stayed here twice, probably will spend more next time to get a better experience."
