The apartment is very spacious and located at the centre of Athens. Shopping street is downstair, and just 15 mins walk to Acropolis. Very great location.

El acceso es fácil. Lo único por la ubicación del depar, es que la campana de la catedral (a 100m en línea recta) toca cada media hora y no deja dormir bien. La cama ppal muy cómoda, el sofa cama bien. Deben reparar la mampara del baño (la mitad falta y hay una cortinilla). Giannis muy amable y nos facilitó dejar las maletas con él unas horas.

Was difficult to get taxi drop off. No towel holders in bathroom . Dim room lighting . Cutlery was sparse. Otherwise Very comfortable and handy for getting around.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen mitten im Zentrum, Metro und Bus Haltestelle in der Nähe. Die Matratze von Bett ist Leiter sehr schlecht man kann nicht schlafen das Badezimmer muss renoviert werden vorallem die Dusche. Keine Verdunklungsvorhänge eine Seite hat gefehlt somit konnte man das Zimmer nicht dunkel machen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat super funktioniert super gelegen die Wohnung. Man konnte auch zwischendurch sich frisch machen.

The good : We loved the property. Very clean. Has wash/ drier. The balcony is great and a nice touch SMALL ISSUE: .Bathroom shower has no glass on end so can make floor slippery. looked like it broke and never fixed. WE recommend a floor mat to help and not need to use a towel on floor. MAJOR ISSUE: the bed is bent in half. Needs changing ASAP it hurts to sleep on. Owner said they put foam on it to correct. Foam was warn out as well. If you have back issues i recommend not booking. We woke sore and woke many times in night. My husband slept on couch as his side was not even able to touch bed as it was so misshapen. Owner claims bed will be changed ASAP, but I would confirm if this occurred as it is a major issue that can damper your stay

Great location and very clear check in instructions. However welcome book which contains wifi details were not available, emailed them to ask but did not get a response, that was quite disappointing.

Amazing location

The location of the flat was absolutely perfect—right in the center, which is ideal for exploring the city. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay somewhere very central. Just be aware that it can get quite noisy, and there’s a nearby church with bells ringing often, which can be disturbing at night. Also, you need to turn on the hot water about 20 minutes before showering, which can be a bit inconvenient. Apart from that, we had a great time.

Worst Mattress Ever!

This property has many amazing qualities, it's location is perfect, it's spacious and clean. HOWEVER, the mattress on the bed in my room must be 20+ years old. It has a giant sunk in hole in the centre being masked with a pillow topper on the mattress. Beware, you will not find comfort anywhere on that mattress, I ended up sleeping on the couch. If they replace the mattress, the apartment would be amazing.

I really likeed this property. The room is spacious and clean. The shower has enough space too. There is a balcony which is nice but we didn't use it much as it was hot outside. There is an elevator but there are a couple stairs leading to the room. The owner provided a big roll of paper towel which was a big plus. Location is excellent, right in the middle of the Ermou street, about 10 mins walk to the metro station. One thing I didn't like was that the shower was broken on the second day of our stay, the owner said it would get fixed the following day, but it didn't. When we checked out and came back from the islands a week later, we found that the shower still didn't get fixed, the owner told us to use the wand which was very inconvenient as we had to hold it the entire shower time. I would stay here again if visiting Athens in the future, but I would first check with the owner if the shower was fixed or not.
