Amazing apartment

Are 5 night stay at Connect studio &apartments was fantastic! Easy check in, amazing junior suite with a great view over the city and some drinks and snack already there awaiting our arrival. Extremely friendly staff who messaged us to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again

Great stay for the price

The reception was friendly and helpful about the stay. The room was big & clean, i could see a little bit of parthenon from the balcony which was a nice surprise. The area is not so attractive area and inconvenient for restaurant and shops, still walking distance to nice restaurant area. Great stay for the price.

The property itself is good. Customer service is good too, as it offers very detailed check-in user guide by WhatsApp. Moreover it provides free drinks in the fridge. What's not so good is the noise from the street -- the property should improve its sound insulation.

It was a very good stay. The room was perfect. The receptionist was very kind, in person but even by WhatsApp. Maybe the area wasn’t the most safe for two girls like us, but we didn’t have any trouble walking from the metro (at 8pm).

The staff is friendly. They let me check in early. Easy Uber over from the airport. Clear instructions. The area around the hotel is more intercity but I didn’t feel unsafe. Can easily walk or get cheap Uber to tourist attractions!

The elevator only goes up to the 5th floor and apartment on 6th floor!! Felt uneasy in a very small elevator!! Did not provide microwave Georgina at reception desk was very helpful in booking tours and letting us know about coffee shops and restaurants near by !! Nice to have bus stop in front of apartment, the neighborhood felt unsafe at late at night

We had a deluxe double room with modern decor, sofa bed in a lounge area and a very large tv, balcony with a view of the Acropolis. The air con unit was easy to control and responsive. The reception was very responsive and helpful when our flight was delayed and when we had a minor issue which needed attention. Not being a hotel, we did not have to worry about being disturbed by housekeeping. Complimentary bottles of water were provided in the mini fridge. Although there was a kettle with some tea and coffee, this was not replenished so we had to buy our own when we ran out. Without regular room cleaning, the property did become in need of a clean after 5 days, and we had to ask for the bin to be emptied. But overall, the stay was very good and within a few minutes walk of the metro station and pick up point for day trips. We would definitely recommend the property for a short stay.

The property has a secure entry and presents well overall. I received good communication from them with details of how to get there and enter the room as I was arriving outside of reception hours, which was no issue. Unfortunately, the shower drainage system had an issue where the water would leak out into the hallway carpet. I told the reception about this and they said it was part of the design and weren't bothered at all in saying anything else about it. This was unpleasant but we used a hand towel to try and block the water soaking the carpet during our stay. The property is not fully soundproof as we could hear people talking in the room next to us, and traffic outside, but overall the noise pollution wasn't bad. Everything else was in working order and room itself was well put together with good storage space and very comfortable bed.

**Good things** -Convenient location, just a few minutes walk from Metaxourgeio metro stop -Rooms are spacious and clean -Kitchen is modern and well fitted with appliances and basic plates, utensils, etc. - A/C units worked well - Friendly employees at Reception **Be aware before booking** -Very small elevator in Lenorman 12 building:  if you have a lot of luggage and/or a big group, it will take several trips to get to the upper floors. -No blankets on beds:  the beds only have thin sheets, no blankets. Apparently this is the hotel's policy during summer months but it is not communicated on their website. -No lighting in stairwell:  when returning to the hotel after dark, be careful as the stairwell is pitch black and dangerous. Might be difficult for families/elderly guests. -No smoke detectors:  we noticed this after seeing 2 building fires during our week in Athens.  There are no smoke detectors, nor any fire escapes (that we could see) from the higher floor rooms. -No complimentary cleaning:  cleaning costs twenty five euros (this charge is communicated on a leaflet once you arrive into the room but not on the hotel's website or anywhere else where a customer would see it before booking). -Limited towels: each guest is provided 1 hand and 1 bath towel only, as well as a shared bathmat.  No washcloths. Must pay three euros for fresh towels. - No 24/7 laundromat near the hotel: you must take the metro to Acropoli to find a 24/7 self-service laundry.
