The apartment, including the kitchen and bathroom, was exceptionally clean. the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed, and it was a thoughtful touch to provide basic items such as coffee, creamer, butter, bread, and jam. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. The apartment is conveniently located closed to the airport and offers excellent value for the price. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay - I highly recommend this place.

Had a sudden change of flights and had to stay a day in Athens. This was the perfect spot for us, right near the airport, they set up the ride to and from the airport at an incredibly reasonable price, and everything was incredibly smooth. The apartment itself was perfect for relaxing and was a short walk from a few very good restaurants, a grocery, local shops, and some convenience stores. 10/10 would recommend.

This is about a 10 min drive from the airport. We booked our own transportation service but I’d recommend booking through the property owner. It’s cheaper. The place was large. Nice touch by providing water and juice. I recommend this place if you need a place near the airport.

It was a hectic check in because the neighborhood was under construction and I could not even drive up to the road the building was located in. Eventually after parking and going into the buidling and walking up a flight of stairs I did speak with the lady in the office and she connected me to manager in charge Sotiris Michaelikis and he explained everything to me and put me at ease. I did receive an email explaining the check in process but I neglected to read it as my wife and I and my sister drove all the way from Killini after taking a ferry boat from the island of Kefalonia and we were stressed out from the ride. Everything else checked out about the apartment and the instructions were there in apartment # 1. Overall we were satisfied with the apartment accomodations except for all the construction that was going on in the area. Otherwise, it was good property for our 1 night stay in Athens (Spata). Next day we checked out at 11:00 am and drove to Athens airport returned the rentacar and checked in for our flight.
