「I absolutely LOVED my stay at the Juan Rodriguez Hacienda. Our flight was delayed and had to check in late but they were so accomodating. Our room is clean and beds are good. However, the room has not enough lights and is too dark that you cannot do and find anything. I encountered an incident with a male receptionist at the last day morning when I want to take breakfast at the hotel lounge.
