「"The staff is very helpful. However, the hotel's infrastructure is not up to standard. The WiFi is extremely slow, especially at night. Additionally, the shower drain was clogged, and no action was taken even after we complained."」

「The hotel staff were very friendly and all my questions were answered. This is important to me because traveling by public transport in Türkiye requires asking many people. To buy coffee machine would be a great idea. The shower was leaking, they did some repair but it doesn’t look professional.」
