The pool area was beautiful, but I can't understand how the management could think it acceptable to offer rooms with very dirty bedskirts. Ours had mold, dirt and crayon marks on all sides. The towels were old and gray and the windows dirty. I wrote to management with no response."

"The cafeteria closed the kitchen Sunday at 3:00 P.M. ; offering only coffee and drinks. On Monday it was closed all together. Monday morning was our checkout; the front desk was closed and did not open until 9:00 A M. This was after I had a housekeeping member call. The soap dispenser in the shower is no longer used, so they offfered us these tiny hand hand soaps instead."
