「Room was excellent and breakfast was perfect with good selection of food options.we had aircon issue in our room but manager sorted out immediately and we had very comfortable stay.location is nice.hotel do have taxi service which is very convenient.」

「Crown plaza bursa gerçekten konumu, konforu ve temizliği bakımından mükemmel. Spa ıslak kullanım çok başarılı. Ancak bunun yanında masaj almak isterseniz orada duracaksınız. İnanılmaz uçuk fiyatlar. 2 gecelik 3 kişilik fiyata ancak 1 kişi masaj olabilirsiniz:)) Dünyanın hiç biryerinde böyle masaj fiyatı görmedim.. eğer masaj düşünüyorsanız başka otele..」

「Konum olarak çok iyi olduğundan genelde bu oteli tercih ediyorum . Kahvaltısı fena değil daha iyi olabilirdi . Temizlik açısından da güzel resepsiyon ilgili teşekkür ederiz . Tek sıkıntı odalardan çok ses geliyor gece uyurken biraz rahatsız olduk . Onun dışında tavsiye ederim çok güzel bir otel 」

「The location of hotel is superb and we also had the room with the view on grand bazar. Also the view from restaurant on top of hotel is great. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was very good. 」

「The hotel is pretty beautiful and location is convenient. They even has a parking structure which is rare in Turkish busy cities. The young men working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was very pleasant to talk with them. A young lady assisted us to purchase boat tickets to Istanbul while we encoutered some problems. The only downside is they would charge 50 lira for a cup of coffee while the breakfast was free. The coffee tasted not good at all. 」
