A decent hotel

A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. Hotel staff was nice. This hotel is also located inside a university so not within walking distance from the city or food areas.

Oteliniz güvenli ve sakin. Temizlik ve kahvaltı iyi. Resepsiyon çalışanları kayıt esnasında aralarında sürekli şakalaşip, güluştüler. Daha profesyonel karsilama olabilir. Otel yenilenebilir, beş yildiz icin oldukça eskiydi. Merkezden çok uzak, aracini getirmeyen misafirlere ulasim destegi saglanabilir. Genel olarak rahat ettim, teşekkür ederim.

Bu otelde ikinci kez kalışım. Bursa’ya geldiğimde gerek konumu ile gerek çalışanları ile çok hoş bir otel. Resepsiyon ve oda servisi çok kibardı. Kahvaltı tabağı çok zengindi ve lezzetliydi. Odadaki çay&kahve sayısı biraz azdı ancak isteyince zaten getiriyorlar. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Resepsiyonda 30 dakika bekletildim. Yok rezervasyon düşmedi yok rezervasyon yaptığınız yeri arayın vs. Sonra anlaşıldı ki görevli yanlış websitesini kontrol ediyor. Sigara içilen oda istemiştim, kalmadı gibi saçma sapan bir cevap aldım. Odalardaki TV küçücük ve hoparlörleri arızalı. 5 yıldız diye gitmeyin. En fazla 3ü hakediyor.

5yıldızlı otelde motel hizmeti

Oda çok kötüydü duş başlığı hortumundan çıktı duşta hortumdan fışkıran su ve yerinde takılı boş başlıkla kaldım. Sigara içilebilen oda tercih etmeme rağmen içilemeyen oda verildi ve içebilirsiniz sorun yok denildi. Çift kişilik yatak tercihime rağmende 2 tekli yatak vardı odada. Ayrıca 5 yıldızlı otelde banyoda bulunması gereken ihtiyaçları resepsiyonu arayıp inip kendim almam gerektiğine dair bir not vardı. Tekrar konaklamak için tercih etmem lokasyonu ve ismi için kaldım ama bir gece daga kalmak istemeyeceğim bir tecrübe oldu.
