「Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

「Parking can be a problem if arriving later in the evening. Follow instructions given by owners. Breakfast is great staff friendly and helpful. Keep entry instructions handy as had a little trouble finding codes. Rooms 7 and 8 are not where you'd think !」

「We enjoyed our recent stay in a ground floor, twin bed, en-suite room. There was handy parking, a friendly welcome, a lovely clean and comfortable room, and delicious breakfast. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and welcoming, the room was warm and cosy, and we would be happy to stay again.」

「lovely rooms, spacious and plenty of storage and a fridge. Good restaurant and good menu, reasonably priced. Nice seating areas to front and rear including a pizza oven. Breakfast was good, though you had to order the previous night, so you are stuck with what you ordered no matter what kind of night you have!」

「Lovely hotel, great location within easy walking distance of Ironbridge and a short drive from Bridgnorth for the Severn Valley Railway, which we especially wanted to visit. The hotel is an old building with no lift and a bit of a labyrinth via stairs and corridors to the guest rooms. Staff were helpful with heavy luggage but the building may not be suitable for those with physical infirmities, unless there are guest rooms with easier access than the one we had. Excellent food.
