「I definitely will be returning. It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city」

「Very beautiful and clean room. Excellent location next to a shopping mall. Loved the sauna and whirlpool!」

「Great Service! Staff is very helpful and polite. Large rooms and convenient floor plan. Close to everything. Property has spa, pool and restaurant with great food.」

「The property was great. The only problem being the television only had YouTube.」

「Excellent hotel and very convenient」

「Very nice and helpful staff members, beautiful and very spacious rooms. Amazing breakfast.」

「They don’t provide you wish wash cloths. Also the air conditioner don’t work. 」

「The apartment was pretty good, clean, bright, spacious. Can be used for a long stay as well as for business purposes. Very nice view. I booked a garden view one. Definitely going to consider it for my future trips.」

「Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast selection that changes everyday (including typical Kazakh snacks), though the hot foods are lukewarm at best. The room temperature was hard to control: the heating was too much and there is no way to turn it off. We had to use the air conditioner in October to bring the temperature down. Beware: the indoor pool is not included in the reservation unless your room level is high enough. This was not at all indicated in the reservation.」
