"Room was cramped and not the cleanest. Carpet in the room had dirty spots and the corridor and room had heavy chemical fragrances (used in cleaning and to mask odors). The neighborhood also is a bit grimy although still felt pretty safe. It’s a good hotel for a one night stay especially if you are transiting through the nearby Sogutlucesme station which is a main high speed rail station. "

"The hotel is located among car repair shops. Although it is rated as a 5-star hotel, it definitely does not feel like one. During the period between 25/12/2025 and 31/12/2025, the reception staff did not seem properly trained. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, this is unacceptable. In rooms located up to the 6th floor, noise from the event area on the lowest floor—such as drums and similar instruments—can be heard as if it were inside the room, making it impossible to sleep. I stayed on the 3rd floor for four nights and reported this issue to the reception every day, yet nothing was done. On the 5th night, I was moved to a room on the 6th floor, but unfortunately, the noise from the entertainment held at the restaurant on the top floor was just as disturbing and felt as if it were inside the room. If noise does not bother you, you may consider staying here. Except for the reception floor, all other floors were very old and had an unpleasant smell. The room furnishings felt more like those of a shared hostel rather than a comfortable hotel room. Everything in the rooms I stayed in was very old. Housekeeping staff entered the room immediately after knocking, without waiting to see if it was convenient. There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available for the door. I requested one from the reception several times, but they never provided it. This caused serious privacy concerns and made me feel unsafe.
