「Awful. Arrived 45 minutes early and was told no rooms were clean to check in, desk agent was incredibly rude. I get back at check in time and now there’s another desk person who tells me my reservation was cancelled (it was nonrefundable). The first desk person cancelled my entire nonrefundable reservation without my permission or me asking him to do so whatsoever! 「The room was alright, beds could be more comfortable and need bedspreads,or better blankets. The cards for the room door worked that night, but by the morning neither card would open the room door. They also have a common area ,but don't even offer coffee. 」
