Overall experience is okay but not at par as name Welcome by ITC... Hairdryer is not working...We are 4 guests including my 2 kids already mentioned but I had to ask for extra blanket at 11 pm. So it's 3 star out of 5 from my side.

Overall wonderful hotel in a great location. Staff are super helpful generally. However breakfast is although a huge spread, the quality of the food is iffy. This was a super stay - hotel is very central, nice rooms and common areas including a good pool, great breakfast, fantastic service. Booking a club is room was worth it - the included food and drink was generous, high quality, and worth it. This is now my go to hotel in Bangalore

Good room. Spacious. Hotel is little old, but that is ok. Staff is friendly. They try to help you. Ample choices for breakfast, but not extravagant. Bath room tends to be a tad small, but again everything worked well. Location is very good. In the middle of everything. Will I go back? Yes!
