「前台服務親切有禮，動作迅速，checkin時不慎將信用卡遺留，馬上電話通知並送至房間，非常棒的服務。房間裡頭有小廚房，微波爐、電爐、冰箱、餐具等等一應俱全。房間空間寬敞乾淨。走路五分鐘就有超市，非常好的位置。」

「The sheets on the bed were torn and tattered. There was a stained mattress and box springs laying in front of the hotel for the two days that we were there.」

「Room was ok. Very nice view. No AC. Not sure how I missed that when booking the room! BE AWARE! The room was 81 degrees. No screen in the window to keep open but had to take a chance. Oddly, 2 of the rooms had window AC' units but not ours. While its early in the season there has always been odd weather lately so there is always a chance of hot days and nights. Needless to say no sleep that night because it was so hot. Kind of ruined our stay.」

「Staff was super helpful. They let me change rooms after we discovered that the toilet was loose on the floor. They had maintenance fix it, but they moved me anyway. I didn’t really like the doors at the end of the hallways leading outside did not lock. I felt that was a little unsafe. But Vernal is not a very shady town so I felt safe enough. The room was fine. Comfortable enough. I would probably stay there again.」

「Washer at the laundry it's been down for weeks wich makes it very inconvenient for people that work. Also the bathroom exhaust fan doesn't work, shower drain doesn't work that well.」
