「We suppose there was two buildings for this bnb which is B-1&B-2, but it’s not! It was a one building separated 2 parts, therefore, the house was very small, the toilet was super small. No coffee or any tea bags provided, have to pay for washing machine. It’s not user friendly for guests. 」

「環境非常乾淨，退房後落了雨傘，非常感謝業主火速幫忙寄送到東京的飯店，訊息回覆得很迅速；這裡九點後對安靜的要求比較高，如果喜歡在深夜開派對或者有相關安排的可能比較不適合，但如果有使用廚房需求的話，廚房的用品非常齊全，我很喜歡☺️」

「体が不自由な人には適さない宿でしたが、温泉が最高でした♪ 車が何台かでの大人数での宿泊でも駐車スペースの心配はありません。また機会があれば利用したいです。」

"Very clean and tidy inside and outside the room. The washing machine was great and I am confident to wash my clothes with that. The hot sping and saunna room inside were spotless with perfect temperature. We had an extremely good experience in that. We loved that we could hang out together freely inside the living room. The great maintenance of the room gave us very memorable moments."

"房間有私人風呂是相當方便及享受，令今次渡假加分。用餐是有私人的房間，很窩心及增加用餐嘅舒適感。由步入大堂開始，便要脫鞋，酒店內只能穿着襪或拖鞋，感覺是清潔的。入住前收到酒店的電郵，詢問有關有冇任何食物敏感，很細心。早餐很豐富，十分美味。"

"Thanks for the free upgrade to a room with private bath where with the beautiful view of river. Since it is close to the nature, insects are part of them, just get used to it. The room is spacious with wonderful blackout effect, we can't guess the time even at 1000. It is very impressive, we have completely charged for the nights. The spa is for both sex, swimming suits are required. There is free parking. I surely will come back for another relaxing trip."

"房間看起來雖然沒有非常新穎，不過整體而言還算舒適。前台服務人員也很熱心服務，幫我撥打電話給租車公司更改還車地點。箱根本身景點不算多，如果都要搭車，時間可能比較不好掌握，選擇自駕停留一晚，非常值得品味飯店的晚餐與早餐，餐點雖然不是非常多樣，不過有考量到各國飲食的不同，不會只吃到日本特色食物。"
