"The staff was not very pleasant at my arrival. The person was not informative and left me feeling if my reservation was still good. The room was fine and breakfast was good and my exit was much better. The staff was more pleasant when I checked out."

First room was not made up, 2nd room had someone in it, 3rd room had sticky floors and no lock on adjoining room. 4th room was ok but we needed to get towels. The place is being renovated, is a disaster and does not appear to have anyone working on the renovation. No amenities available for use during the disaster "

"Bathtub full of lose hair, window shade wouldn't cover window, biscuit & gravy and cold coffee, other equipment to keep eggs and meat was not working, went elsewhere to get breakfast. And when I checked end last night they told me they would be a extra charge of $50.00, without explaining why."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The floor in the room and hallways were not vacuumed. TV remote didn’t work but we got to chat with staff during the 90 minutes to fix. LED nightlight at the door were annoying. My selection for breakfast was a stale bagel wrapped in plastic. "
