Convenient basement connection to the subway and JR trains

TOUSUMI was an incredible experience. It was in a great location, surrounded by great restaurants, stores, and subway stations, and was easily accessible and accommodating. The rooms were cleaned excellently and the staff even went above and beyond to ensure cleanliness and assist us with our inquiries. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. The facilities were spacious, well-thought out, modern and minimalist, and comfortable, with appropriate amounts of AC/heating as well as a...

Perfect for families. This location is right on the edge of lively areas but just a short walk to everything you want or need for kids and adults. The staff was also very helpful and we’re happy to accommodate every step of the way with the best attitudes.

Very easy to get around and very easy to shop. We mainly go to the eating places.

Could not ask for a better location for our trip in Fukuoka in regard to location, comfort, and amenities. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. The lobby was also grand and had a wonderful fragrance. The hot water bath is also an amazing addition and we enjoyed it. Staff was lovely! Would love to stay here again for a future visit

This hotel is close to a major shopping mall and the Hakata JR Station (also a stop for the Shinkansen as well). The staff were very friendly and also very accommodating. The rooms were of decent size for Japanese standards. The room looked a little dated, but at least it was clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. When we shipped our luggage to the next hotel, the hotel staff were able to tell us the price, filled out the paperwork for us and let us know when to expect it. They...

The hotel looked newly opened. Room was very cozy and calming - gave me zen like feel from entrance of the property and to the room. Selection of complimentary drinks (including wine and Sake) were great! Not too far from train station, plenty of restaurants (Izakaya and Cafe) in walking distance too. I will definitely book this hotel again!

Loved the atmosphere and cleanliness

Fantastic staff, fantastic hotel. The bar was immaculate. Price for a hotel that nice was a steal

Hotel Nikki is a good choice for its location. It connects to the Hakata station via P5 exit. Service is good but the design is slightly outdated.

We love the location, the staff, and the decent sized rooms here - we’ve tried a few other places in Fukuoka, but this is the hotel we end up coming back to

It was at a convenient area and enjoyed the public bath

Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. Our room was tatami room with 2 beds which was large enough and comfortable. Even though the unit was rustic, it was very clean. They had no problem picking us up from the JR station even though I called the hotel in the morning of the arrival day. (Get off at JR Chikugo-Yoshiimachi station.) When we arrived at the station,...

I loved it here and the staff were sooooo nice! 100000/10

In my humble opinion this is a 3 star hotel not 4. Don’t get me wrong, it’s clean & modern. Staff is friendly, but I noticed the walls in the room were dirty and scratched. Great centric location though.

One of the best stays for me even if it was only for an evening. Definitely will stay here again!

The hotel is conveniently located
