Wonderful hotel. Modern, clean, very helpful staff, delicious food (large portions!), beautiful gym that we unfortunately did not find time to utilize. Overall, 10/10. Just be careful navigating the surrounding streets on foot if you're a tourist. My husband and I were harassed so much trying to walk to the market that we turned around and went home, nothing to do with the hotel though - just a heads up.

I’ve been to 49 countries and all 50 us states and this hotel is beautiful, but what makes it truly special is the staff. They genuinely are happy when they see you. And if you need advice on what to do, or need anything they will be all over it!!! I already miss these wonderful people and their hospitality!!!

RIP OFF! They charged USD 10 because a handcloth was dirty! Also, no hot water because there's a switch with no label. So I switch it off. Then I'm told that's for the hot water. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner menu was great Breakfast was meant. Great view from rooftop. Convenient location in center of Arusha.

We had a nice stay, but expectacions was higher. Rooms a bit outdated, but still nice. In restaurant we ordered a bit special dishes, but all came mixed up, but they corrected it third time. All together, not a bad stay, just few things could be made better. We are still happy with the stay

My husband and I stayed here for a night before starting our safari and it was the wonderful reset that we needed. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very spacious. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant on the roof and the food was delicious and the portions were generous. The hotel is also in a great location and convenient. It's walking distance to the Tanzanite Experience and the Masai Market - which we checked out. Overall, this hotel was a great value and we felt very well taken care of.

After camping in the Serengeti for 4-5 days, we need a clean and comfortable hotel room to re-pack and clean up. The rooms here are massive and the amenities, top notch. Having breakfast on the rooftop was also a plus. If I am ever back in Arusha - this will be where I stay!

Our room was very spacious,clean and quiet. Service was as excellent on the rooftop bar and restaurant which was also a great spot to sit and have a cocktail. Breakfast and dinner were excellent also and the manager, Prince, was always on hand with information, recommendations and a friendly chat. We fancied a swim one afternoon and the front desk arranged a taxi to take us to a sister hotel with a pool set within amazing gardens. Thank you Prince for all your help, we hope to come back one day!
