「The facilities, including the lodge, furnishings and buildings were tip top, much to like. The greenery - trees, gardens great. Some of the staff - especially house keeping were unresponsive/slow and if something was requested in the room, took too long, and once we requested towels at the swimming pool which were never delivered even after following up.
