"Mae sure when you reserve a room to contact property if you want a beach front room. There are rooms that have rocks on the beach and there is no way to get into the water!! Check-in took a while due to several people checking in at the same time and only one staff at the counter. The food was absolutely amazing for all inclusive!!"

The beach is lovely while not considered *the* absolute best, it is certainly beautiful and Eagle Beach (ranked among the finest in the world) is just a five-minute walk away. There are plenty of pools, bars, and restaurants available. It is well worth a visit and, above all, the staff is incredibly friendly and courteous."

"I would stay here all over again for many reasons, but the easy access to and from Renaissance Island was the cherry on top. I was obsessed with the flamingos and calm waters on the island and I loved that I could take the boat ride right from the main floor of the hotel. Very unique!!"
