"We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. My sister had to have her room changed because their toilet was broken and the sink wasn't clean when they checked in. The newer rooms seem to be much better.

"As already raised via case number 100327325 as you ppl were not able to address my concerns with respect to the quality of the accomodation provided inspite of repared follow ups there was no response from the team hence please refund the entire amount of booking. "We enjoyed this hotel. Great view from our balcony across the valley with the dam, lake and elephant point in the distance. It's a 10 minute walk to Mapro Gardens and nearby shops and restaurants. We recommend Roots of India for a quality meal.
The rooms are large, with good storage, decent shower and a comfy bed (very firm as are most beds in India).

"First, none of the staff were wearing masks in these COVID times, even after we requested them to.in fact one young chap even had the audacity to tell us why they were not required. Second, on arrival the reception was unattended and we spent a few minutes till somebody came by to check us in. The room phone does not work, so there is no way to call for room service or housekeeping. The bloke who advised us against masks did give us his cell number to call, except that it was in the back pocket...
