I have medical emergency (death) in my family and I had to check out the hotel within one hour of check-in and I requested them to take the penalty charges and refund me atleast some amount as I booked two rooms, but all in vail they don't have humanity and not even a penny was refunded. Also the property was pathetic unhygenic and worst property ever. Please never trust and do booking from treebo and specially Expedia....really poor」

「Our recent stay at Coocasa Mahabaleshwar was an absolute nightmare. The property was dirty, with the third room being nothing more than a storage space filled with spare mattresses, bed not being double and no attached bathroom.
