「Extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional Hotel management - do not stay here if you want a hotel to care about your well being. On arrival yesterday in a heatwave of 40 degrees the air conditioning was not working on our room. I raised this issue with the manager as it was unbearably hot and uncomfortable in our room. 「The Chateau is stunning, our check in was very good and our room lovely. However, to be clear, although it's marketed on websites such as Hotels.com, it is not a hotel in the traditional sense. There is no service provided at all apart from an average, 'self serve' breakfast. The photos we saw online of beautiful pastries unfortunately did not materialise.
