「We didn't stay at this hotel. Due to a family death we couldn't travel but hotel refused to refund the tickets. The hotel has a perfect right to do so but we expected a better response under the circumstances. Will definitely not visit again. Bad PR」

「Ojo motoristas: nos comentaron, previamente a la reserva, que tenían plazas para las motos en el interior del hotel y al llegar nos dijeron que no, que habría sido un error. Me sentí engañado. Al final pudimos llevar las motos a un parking de pago que había próximo (por suerte).-」

「Quarto limpo, silencioso, pedi camas separadas , no site dizia que tinha figrobar, mas tive que pedir pra colocar , mas não funcionou bem .tem elevador para chegar até a recepção mas escadas pra chegar ao quarto o que é difícil pra mim, tive ajuda do atendente , garagem a 15 euros só dia em outro local fora do hotel」

「Debo decir que lo pasamos muy bien. Las habitaciones no son las mejores, pero uno puede arreglárselas. El restaurante y la cortesía de los propietarios fueron excelentes. Un poco demasiado polvo y un poco caro para las habitaciones, absolutamente correcto para el restaurante.」

「這是一次相當舒適的體驗，員工服務態度相當不錯，房間寬敞明亮，遠眺城市景觀，能見到對面山頂的白雪，只可惜進大門處沒有拖拉行李的坡道，但是樓下的飲水，糖果及水果等也足以彌補旅途的勞累，👍😊」

「櫃台服務人員很親切有禮貌，讓人覺得很舒服。 早餐也不錯，尤其當一邊用餐一邊看著窗外飄著雪的時候。 旅館在老安道爾最繁榮的大街上，所以逛街購物用走路就可以完成。 一樓大廳有燒著木頭的壁爐，讓來自沒有下雪地區的我們特別有感覺。」

「Very friendly desk manager. Called to make sure everything in the room was ok. We were just there one night and didn’t use much of the available facilities. Huge room and very well maintained. Wish we were in Andorra longer.」

「+: good equipment, clean room, in the center of commercial area so if you like shopping it is perfect location. -: the location is too noisy and crowded, so not good for people who want to have a relax trip. the staff who welcome us never smiles; she seems just want to finish talking with us as soon as possible, and she did not look at our eyes at all during the talk.」
