「My fault before I travelled to read parking situation as a little complicated however hotel was amazing and reception staff amazing and food in restaurant was one of the best we had on our travels around Spain. 「Our room was beautiful, quiet, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've had throughout our travels. The staff was amazing. My husband went to high school and college in Madrid; he said they had the best sangrias!」

「订这家酒店时颇费了周折。我们提前了大约两个月就在网上预定了酒店，稳妥起见，我们到西班牙后就由西班牙的朋友提前对所有预定的6家酒店打电话进行确认，唯独这家酒店没有找到我们的订单，经过反反复复、国内国外、几方面的电话沟通，才最终确认了订单。酒店的位置非常好，距离景点都很近，但是住宿条件之简陋令人十分失望（酒店的其他房间正在内部装修）。虽然房间面积足够大但是仅有一张双人床和一个单人被子，连基本的放东西的桌椅都没有，房门修了几次才能锁上，洗澡几乎没有热水。由于酒店旁边是停车场，停车场上面可能是酒吧，又正好是周休日，几乎整夜聚会狂欢的声音让人难以入睡。但愿这是因为酒店正在重新装修的缘故，希望装修完成之后对室内的基本设施进行完善，」
