「My fault before I travelled to read parking situation as a little complicated however hotel was amazing and reception staff amazing and food in restaurant was one of the best we had on our travels around Spain. 「We were actually accommodated at a different property at last minute due to a problem in our room that could not be fixed in time. Communication about the change was effective and helpful. Alternative accommodation was excellent but not quite as well located as Casa San Mateo. 」

「The property is very clean and cozy. However, the bathtub is quite high, which might be inconvenient for shorter individuals. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, but it's not close to the city center. Because of that, I’ll likely choose a different option next time.」
