We loved the apartment. It was very spacious and looked very aesthetic. I would recommend this place to anyone coming here. The staff were absolutely amazing and deserve all their credit. They answered any questions I had and were more than happy to help. We also opted for a later check out and the team were more than happy to accomodate. 10/10

This was an outstandingly beautiful and comfortable apartment, situated within very easy reach of numerous cafes, supermarkets, the sea, bus stops, and the beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the online check-in process was extremely smooth, and I would definitely stay there agin. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Spacious, good air con in all rooms. Lots of facilities for the kitchen, good sized fridge freezer. Always clean and tidy in all areas. Would love to stay another time. Would have liked a safe, although the entry system to the building and apartment were great.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and tidy with all essential needs there! Only negative was some of the lobby smelled of cat spray, so they really need to address this! Unsure if cats got in and sprayed or what! Didn’t spoil our time there tho!

Really lovely and comfortable apartment. We had an issue with leaking shower which was dealt with. Unfortunately we had no hot water on our two last days of stay. There was a strong smell of cat wee in the corridor but this didn’t affect our apartment as we were allocated in the outdoor space.

Central location. A lot of building works nearby. New property, nice cleaner, but difficult to get help when needed as remotely staffed. Everything done by email messages. Needed blankets as heating wasn’t working. Beach close by. Would stay again though.

- This apartment was really nice, lived up to the expectations, extremely clean, new, and had good amenities. Check in was super smooth, instructions were clear. I would recommend for a short stay only. - A few downfalls - No staff service so no access to help if needed, number provided to call wasn’t registered. Housekeeper only there for a few hours. - Shower was perfect 1st few days, after that it wasn’t good - water wasn’t hot anymore. Housekeeper tried to fix but no luck.

Gorgeous apartment in a great location

We had a lovely stay at Vita for 4 nights in early Feb 2025. We were immediately impressed by the layout, design and cleanliness of the apartment; you can tell it is very new. The keypad access is highly convenient as it removes the worry of potentially losing a key, and the bed was great in terms of size and comfort. The apartment is also round the corner from the seafront and we were pleased to see all toiletries provided were vegan-friendly. As for the few downsides: the bathroom often had an unpleasant sewerage smell to it. It was our assumption that this was a city infrastructure issue rather than something Vita can entirely fix. You'll want to leave the bathroom window open as much as possible! In addition, there was noisy construction taking place round the corner starting from as early as 8am, this made using the otherwise gorgeous communal outside area impossible during the day which was a shame. Of course, this is out of Vita's control but the reality is that it is still something that impacts a guests' experience. Until this construction work is complete, I'd recommend not spending too much time at the apartment during the day. Finally, just some minor feedback for Vita: WiFi information can only be accessed via a QR-Code, ergo you already need an internet connection in order to access the apartment's WiFi password. My data was not working on my phone; if it wasn't for my partner's data connection then it would have been unnecessarily awkward to access the WiFi.

These are modern well decorated apartments - very clean and with everything needed for a good visit. The building was quiet and the staff friendly. It is situated near the sea and with many nearby restaurants and wine bars.

Far from "Deluxe": A Disappointing Stay

The apartment is new, spacious, and beautifully designed, but that’s not everything: the bed is extremely hard, and the pillows are of very poor quality, forcing us to use the ones from the sofa. The air conditioning does't work properly: the remote control displays 16°C, but it blows warm air, making the apartment uncomfortably stuffy. We had to open the windows, but it gets very noisy at night. One of the kitchen outlets is not properly secured, and the kettle would turn on by itself. Some other outlets are so tight that unplugging devices feels like pulling the wall apart. Despite being marketed as a luxury apartment, it provides only two rolls of toilet paper for an entire week and a nearly empty roll of paper towels. The hand soap dispenser was not filled so we also have to buy more. No clothes airer whereas there is a washing machine in the lobby Lastly, the hot tap water takes an unusually long time to come through, if it does at all—whereas the shower water heats up instantly.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. The shower was fantastic. The beds were really comfortable. The sofa was great too. Everything was just amazing. I couldn't believe I got such a gorgeous property in such an amazing location for the low price I got it for. Communication with the management team was first-class. Very responsive and very helpful. The roof terrace in the Tribeca building was lovely for having breakfast on. The only down side to the visit was the constant construction noise that was going on nearby, but of course that's not something that Vita Home can control. The windows are very good at blocking out the noise, however. And hopefully the construction noise won't be a problem for anyone else's stays. Would very happily stay there again next time I'm in Arrecife.

Das Apartment ist sehr modern eingerichtet und hat alles, was wir brauchten, inkl. Wasserkocher und Nespressomaschine. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants in der Nähe, die zu Fuss gut erreichbar sind. Das Personal zeigte sich sehr hilfsbereit bei der kurzfristigen Reservierung eines Parkplatzes. An einem Tag gab es sehr aufdringlichen Baustellenlärm aus der Umgebung.

Vi bodde her på jentetur og var superfornøyde! Leiligheten var ren, moderne og veldig fin. Beliggenheten var perfekt – kort vei til både strand, restauranter, butikker og sentrum. Innsjekk gikk helt problemfritt selv uten resepsjon, og det var rolig og stille uten noe bråk. Vi merket knapt at det var andre gjester der. Anbefales absolutt!

Chambre propre et bien agencée. Manque parking, la plupart des hôtels proposent des places gratuites, chez VitaHome c’est 10€ par jour… Manque des cendriers sur les tables au niveau du rooftop.
