「Air condition needs to be Improve 」

「The hotel, villa and pool was amazing. The entertainment was night was ok, but not fantastic. It kept the kids entertained. The food was a bit meh. It quite often didn't match the menu on the website, but was there was ok. Just not as much variety as we expected. However the resort was quiet and there were always lots of loungers and space in the pool. It got a but busier over half term, but still not too bad.」

「All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!」

「Apartment was amazing, the spiral staircase to the second bedroom and en-suite with the huge corner bath was a bonus. Only minor negative which didn’t really impact our stay but was annoying at chill time was the tv was tiny and placed away from the sofa. Hotel was only 15 min walk to los christianos beach, 20 min walk to Veronica’s. Large Supermarket was opposite for all you need if self catering. 」

「For what we paid the hotel is outstanding, the Guy on reception is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area,, he can’t do enough for you. The hotel is really relaxed about bringing your own drink etc to the pool. The pool bar is superb and very reasonable cost wise. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re on a budget, very clean and the water in the swimming pool is immensely clean and warm in the bottom pool!
