「I booked the hotel from third tourist website and paid. When checked out, the receiption told me there are no payment from expedia. I thought it might be and paid again as in hurry. 「The hotel may look new and clean, but that’s where the good part ends. The service here is absolutely terrible. The staff has no clue what they’re doing — every simple request needed 3–5 reminder calls, all day long. No professionalism, no interest, and zero courtesy. Food service is a joke. Minimum 2 hours for any meal, and even then they manage to deliver the wrong items. Overall, a very disappointing stay. The hotel desperately needs proper staff training. Until then, I absolutely would not...
