「Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do. I don’t recommend it at all.」

「Everything the best」

「Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!」

「Love the design of the hotels! The restaurant SEEN in the resort is great too!」

「Alles top」

「Grounds beautiful, staff very helpful.」

「Camera pulita, Personale cordiale. Alcuni servizi da rivedere, come il bollitore a pagamento e il servizio consegna asciugamani chiuso all'orario di pranzo. Il cibo abbondante ma si può migliorare la qualità. Nel complesso siamo stati bene.」

「Excellent hotel , great staff. Only stayed b&b but couldn't fault it. Only slight negative was the pool was getting refurbished the week after our stay. So there was lots of black stains but once the pool is back in use it will be superb again. Pool and bar drinks were reasonable Pint 6 euro wine 6 euro soft drinks 4 euro Got an ocean view room which didnt disappoint Would recommend this hotel」

「Destaco el buen trato del personal y, como punto a mejorar, controlar de alguna manera que no accedan cucarachas a las habitaciones. En nuestro caso, tuvimos que matar a cuatro y no ha sido nada agradable. Gracias」

「The room and whole facility was fastidiously clean and tidy at all times. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Great gym and outdoor pool」

「This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Tenerife. The hotel is spotless and the staff are fantastic. In particular Roberto at reception and Yenifer and Omar in the restaurant. The food was amazing in particular the porridge at breakfast and the beef tenderloin. It didn’t feel mass produced like a few buffets do. The pool was great for my mum who had limited mobility and there were free floats. The heated pool is salt water and there is a non heated fresh water pool.We will definitely be...

「Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Everything is great except that the pool and dinner close a little bit early and there are not many parking spaces. Will recomment it! 」

「We had a great experience at this hotel, especially for the price! The hotel is a little older, but it was clean, the food was good, and there were plenty of pools spread across multiple floors. The new splash pad and kids’ pool were a big hit, and the kids absolutely loved them. The location was very convenient, close to shops and the boardwalk, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, it was a great value for the money and a fun place for a family vacation.」
