That is not correct, I work at a hotel now. You are not allowed to give out room number information, tell anyone about a guests room number, let anyone in the room that’s not a registered guest in the room and if you mistakenly give out a guest room number while telling them about where their room is...

「It's well located downtown. Everything was clean and fine. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was OK. The warming cabinet left the egg patties cold though. Otherwise, coffee was good and good selection. My kid was very happy with the waffle maker. Good stay at a smaller quiet property. I will stay again.」

「Beautiful hotel property with upgraded and very comfortable rooms. Parking is good, extra parking at back of property. Main level has bar/eating area that is updated and welcome cookies were a nice touch. They were upgrading the computers so our check-in time was incredibly slow, but otherwise staff was friendly. One odd thing, the shower water stopped mid-shower, then restarted barely. Otherwise everything was wonderful.」

「This hotel was deceiving. Affiliated with Marriott i am very disappointed. The person running the valet made us park our own car and did not assist us with our luggage. The hotel is run down and under construction. The bed was horribly uncomfortable the bed linens were low quality. Extremely disappointed. 」

「We were in Jacksonville for the FL High School State Track & Field Championship. We loved the roominess and amenities of the room—-Dishes, full refrigerator and stove (though we didn’t have time to use that). There were great charging stations in the room & we enjoyed Netflix movies and microwaved kettle corn in our room at night. We walked to a restaurant just up the road & trekked to a nice regional park a little over a mile up the road. The hotel staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and...

「The bathroom was extremely dirty, and the rug in the room was as well. The housekeeper was rude and asked us to leave the room 10 minutes before checkout. However, the balcony views were absolutely stunning!! If the hotel improved its cleanliness, it would be worth returning just for the beautiful views of the bridges.」
