「The hotel was conveniently located, although its design seemed more geared toward a younger, social media-oriented crowd. I particularly liked that it was part of a shopping complex, with a Coop supermarket conveniently located in the basement.」

「Great place to visit the Swiss Alps in the Laax community. Location and view is spectacular!」

「The bed design is bad. You can easily get injured. Other things are excellent.」

「Hotel Ucliva is a charming property with hosts Dorothy and Bernard, who went out of their way to be helpful. On our way to the hotel, we ended up getting off at an incorrect train station in the middle of nowhere. Dorothy and Bernard responded to our call for help by coming down within 15 min (on their day off) to pick us up. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room had a balcony overlooking the mountains (see attached pictures), and the breakfast, with a selection of local cheeses, jams and...

「It was great! But there was no microwave so it would be nicer if there is one!」

「Centrally located. Very clean and well equipped properly. Lovely comfortable bed. The agent Jeanine was extremely helpful and it was easy to contact her. Smart TV with some English channels. I cannot fault this property.」

「Great price-value ratio」

「Staff is very helpful. But the amenities are very limited」
