「We have booked a two bedroom suite for our two nights in Tromsø. We were told that we have been updated to a three bedroom suite when we checked in. When the hotel staff took us to the room we realise it is actually an apartment close to 1km away from the hotel with various slopes we immediately realise that there will be issues when we check out as two of us are carrying four heavy luggages. 「Emplacement et vue idéaux , place de parking incluse dans le prix de la chambre . L’ équipement de la cuisine est minimaliste ( 1 poêle, 1 casserole ), salle de bain : il manque la porte de douche , de l’ eau répandue sur tout le sol. Concernant la taille de la chambre pour 4 : 1 m de distance entre les lits superposés et le lit double collé au mur . Pour 1 nuit c’ est bien , manque de confort pour 1 séjour plus long」
