The staff is excellent—professional and helpful, especially Filippini at the front desk, and Tommy “the King of breakfast.” Breakfast buffet was outstanding and well worth the price. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room and facility was b very clean and well-maintained. Room had a few quirks like poorly distributed outlets, but overall our stay was outstanding. We are traveling all over Italy and Paris and this was a great value for the price. 」

「Manuel and Kata have a fabulous property here, each suite slightly different from the last. We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights. Highly recommended location in the middle of everything and in a Hapsburg palace no less. 」

「位置優越：鄰近火車，巴士站，到城內觀光購物亦十分便利。 服務一流：入住前曾向酒店查詢有關早餐的安排，很快就收到Jessica的答覆。入住當天收到一份有關火車延誤的意大利文電郵，所以向前台Victoria查詢，她不但給我們很詳細的解釋，而且將電郵打印一份並用螢光筆標示重點，以方便我們使用，這種服務實在貼心。 早餐一流：餐廳平時供應咖啡等飲品及小食給住客享用，早餐內容非常精彩，服務員招呼周到。」

「Personale gentile, accoglienza perfetta, assistenza e attenzione al cliente ottime. La colazione, non inclusa nel pernottamento, viene servita e per questo i tempi sono un po' lunghi. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Ci sono scaffali al posto dell'armadio e questo penalizza chi soggiorna più a lungo. 」
