Extraordinary, unique boutique hotel. Very kind and helpful staff who also speak English. Fourth floor rooms require climbing stairs from the third floor elevator but staff offer to help carry up heavy bags. Wonderful pre-ordered breakfast, limited selection but very good quality. Clean, great bath tub, stunning Italian designs and lighting. Comfortable bed, and my room was quiet.

Large room, elevator not working, weird fridge

The room and bathroom were large and clean. The breakfast (extra cost) was great. The staff were very nice. Location is close to both the center and the train / bus station. The room had a small "drinks fridge"; while it had mineral water and soft drinks for free, it was located above eye level (at about 6 feet off the floor or so), making it very inconvenient. The elevator was under maintenance when we were there.

Love it

Checking in was easy. Just had to pay the tax fee. Was escorted to my room and demonstrated the key/fob usage while staying there. Very convenient to the main city center. Loved how I could walk to the place and things I wanted to see and dine. Room was comforting. Very clean and comfy. The only issue I had was the front door and what bothered me the most is that my bathroom door was damaged with a huge crack and was not notified about it.

Fantastic service from the concierge, booked us a fabulous dinner and made us tires travellers a cup of excellent coffee and didn't charge us for it.

Such a great place. The staff is adorable. Do not miss the breakfast. Very good and very pretty. Room was big and comfortable. Free water and soda in the mini bar! Such a nice touch!

Room and staff were excellent but there was an issue with the elevator where it would not go to our floor. The staff was extremely helpful in getting our luggage to our room. They also assisted in getting us a cab to the cruise port.

Personale gentile, accoglienza perfetta, assistenza e attenzione al cliente ottime. La colazione, non inclusa nel pernottamento, viene servita e per questo i tempi sono un po' lunghi. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Ci sono scaffali al posto dell'armadio e questo penalizza chi soggiorna più a lungo.
