「I usually do not do a rating unless things are wonderful or horrible. The front desk staff was beyond amazing!! Shenice was so helpful to the guests that I had staying there during this winter storm. I truly do not know what I would have done without her!!」

「The hotel is located in a safe area convenient to the places that we were visiting. Parking is abundant and free. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We did not have breakfast at the hotel because the menu was limited and there was no self-service buffet in a dedicated area. (The dining facility was in the lobby and resembled a coffee outlet.) We drive an EV and it would have been nice if the hotel had a charging station.」

「Charlotte Airport canceled all flights. The entire hotel was booked with tired people who were at the airport all day. The staff was absolutely amazing the entire stay. They were quick with checking us all in as fast as they could. The hotel was clean and rooms were nice. The next morning for breakfast they kept the food full the entire time. Thank you for all you did to help us!!」
