We set the room temperature to 72 degrees in order to sleep well but it was automatically reset to 82 degrees during the night; it was so hot that we woke up and had to reset the thermostat. Meanwhile, the AC was extremely loud. The insulation was not good, as you can hear people talking in the surrounding areas during the night. The complementary breakfast didn’t offer many choices. We were the first couple of guests at the breakfast at 6:00 AM and the container for hard boiled eggs were empty. When we asked for hard boiled eggs, we were told that they ran out of them. Seriously? It appeared that they didn’t even have any in the first place. In addition, the “yogurt” tasted like flour paste. Overall, it was not a good experience and we will avoid Tru by Hilton in the future. "
