「Everything about your stay here was wonderful! Gianluigi was fantastic. We got a flat tire on our way in and he immediately called a mechanic to help us. He offered to have our rental car company call him, since our Italian is terrible and we didn’t know where we were! He even gave us the hours and directions of where to get the tire fixed the next day. He truly went abover and beyond for us.

「Bello! Forse un po’ piccola la camera ma molto curata nei particolari e pulita! Direttamente nel centro storico ( bisogna cercare di arrivare prima delle 19 per evitare che la ztl si attivi) colazione superrrr

「De accommodatie was prima, maar wij hadden een kamer met balkon geboekt en dat heeft Expedia niet doorgegeven!
Daardoor verbleven wij in een kamer grenzend aan de ingang bij de receptie, waardoor veel lawaai! Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar Expedia valt zeer veel te verwijten!」
