In a nutshell, the owner of this property is apparently a very respected and competent vintner. That being said, everything about this property (and I mean everything), plays a distant second fiddle to the winery. I think the unsubtle message is that guest rooms and the meagre facilities are clearly there solely to provide cash flow to the winery. Oenophiles will be absolutely fine with this but for everyone else, two days will be more than enough.
