"I felt safe and my room was done every day, and for the most part the place was quiet. It’s nicely situated, about a 10-min drive from Stanford, and 25 mins from San Jose airport. The gym could use some love, but then again, so could the whole place. All in all, it’s a solid place to stay. "

Now that sounds odd to be saying that there is such importance on how the front desk deals with routine and unforeseen issues, and I wouldn't have thought it would until I stayed here. Simple tasks like dead batteries in the TV remote can be very frustrating at many hotels; even chain ones. And they all loved having my dog stay there! :-)"
